What Does CallEvo Do?

CallEvo provides high volume outbound calling and communication solutions in order to better mobilize your contact database, reach out to new prospects, and drive collections and sales.

How long has CallEvo been in business?

We have been in business for 8 years and in the call center industry for over 20 years.  We have been involved in hundreds of successful contact center, collections, and political outreach deployments.

What do you do?

We provide communication solutions solving industry problems including a predictive dialer replacement technology that gives you the same kind of calling performance you have come to expect from a predictive dialer but our evolutionary architecture makes every call 100 percent manual and makes every call TCPA compliant.  We also provide ringless voicemail messaging, predictive dialing, and API based solutions to handle your outbound communication needs.

Do you handle DNC and Time Zone restrictions?

Yes, we have an internal DNC list and time zone scrubbing by both area code and zip code. Our time zones are configurable by campaign. You can have different time zones based on which projects called.

How is your system TCPA compliant?

Out software allows only manual initiation of every call and in addition it is the only software that eliminates ANY possibility of having the capacity to automate the call.

Is your software Cloud or Premise?

Our software is a hosted solution but unlike other cloud providers, we dedicate equipment to each customer so there is NO shared equipment. By doing that we ensure security, we enable you to customize elements of the software, we also enable you to have access directly to the database, and we also ensure there is NO CAPACITY to automate a dial.

How do you handle multiple number calling (debtor having multiple phone numbers)?

Because of the way our software is architected, we give you complete control of exactly what numbers you are calling and when, allowing your collections software to drive which calls are to be made, rather than allowing the calling system to manage it. This gives you much more control of the numbers in real time.

Do you have real-time monitoring and recording?

Yes. We store all recordings for up to 3 years. We store recordings as .MP3 so they don’t use a lot of space. Our real-time monitoring tracks all your collector or agent activity. We track things like break time or meetings, ready time, not ready, and wrap time. We also track contacts, successes, presentations, and individual call results.

Is your software scalable?

Yes. We recently hosted over 2000 seats for the 2016 political season.

How do you handle support?

We provide you with cell phone numbers, SKYPE, text messages, to get in touch with us at any time quickly. We provide support with developers so that questions and problems are resolved immediately.
